Poem: Somewhere...

I’ve never been down this road before

And I have no idea where this might go,

But this is life you have to go along,

You have to be brave, you have to be strong…

Sometimes it takes you down

It will drag you away and make you frown,

You will feel alone like no one’s there,

Like everyone is gone and no one cares…

And sometimes it takes you up

It takes you somewhere you love,

A beautiful place of joy and laughter,

Where you wanna stay and live forever…

But wherever it might be

Remember to enjoy and be happy,

Up or down, you have to go on,

Because this is life and it goes on…
