Oh my Bus!

Last day was tiring, really really tiring. 

My friend Kim invited me to attend her daughter's first birthday and of course as a friend I attended. They live in Cavite and the venue for the birthday is at SM Bacoor. I left home 8am to make sure that I'll be there around lunch and can get to work by 2pm. She instructed me where to ride bus but tomy surprise, the bus line wasn't there anymore. So I had to find another way. I walked to farmers plaza and asked where I can ride a bus going to Cavite. The guard told me that I can ride a bus along Edsa going to Cavite. So I went there and waited and waited and waited and trust me I waited long enough but there wasn't any bus going to Cavite. So I called Kim and asked her where to find a bus going to there. She told met to ride a bus going to crossing and there I can find a Jasper Liner or whatever coz I just remember the word Jasper and thankfully when I went off the bus I immediately saw a Jasper bus. Then finally I was on my way. It was around 11 and the ride to Cavite took an hour or more because  of the traffic. I reached SM Bacoor around 12:30 and I still had to wait for Kim til 1. It's been a year or more since we last saw each other so we really missed each other. I was happy to see her again and to finally meet my goddaughter Jazz :) She's so cute and small :))

The party started 2pm and I told myself that I should be off by then but Kim just wouldn't let me go. So I stayed until 3:30 and I was already an hour and a half late for my work. Kia and our other friends were also there and I had a good time them. I took a bus back to MOA coz they told me there are shuttles going to PICC there. But the bus didn't drop me off MOA and before I knew it we were already at the bus terminal. I was already lost. I called my friend Nikki to get help but unfortunately she didn't know the place too. So she gave the phone to  my supervisor and he told me where to go. And thankfully I found the LRT station. By 5 pm I was in Vito Cruz and by 5:10 I was already at PICC and I was late for 3 hours already. What a day!

That's why I really don't want to travel alone. I'm not good at directions and asking for directions so I can easily get lost. So I took 3 buses yesterday and got lost 2 times. Oh my bus! It was really a tiring day and when I get to work it became more tiring since I had to walk here and there again and again. Lesson learned, do not travel alone. Always bring someone with you who knows every road, every street in this planet.

MAMA 2012

Congrats to Super Junior for Winning the Album of the Year, Best Global Group and Best Male Group Line Award! :))))

My sister had been waiting for MAMA 2012 and she'd been voting for Super Junior since the day the voting started. She'd also been telling me to vote everyday but I just voted once. She was excited to watch and see Super Junior win but sadly she wasn't able to watch it since she's sick. But as a thoughtful sister, of course I saved some photos for her :">

We really love Super Junior and I'm really happy for them for winning 3 awards tonight. Though they didn't get the Artist of the Year and Song of the Year awards, still for us they are the best! :) Forever SUPER JUNIOR! ❤

25 days before Christmas!

I'm looking forward to Christmas since my dad is here. Though we've been on some family drama lately, still we're happy he's going to spend the Christmas with us. :)

If only I didn't take him for granted.
If only we didn't lose communication.

If only we didn't let go.

If only we held on.

If only we tried it again.

I know it's been years and things already changed but there are just things that you can't let go no matter what you do, no matter how long it had been.

And if only I can erase all my feelings then I will. But it's hard, it's not possible, specially when I still love him this much.

OT :)

It's already been three weeks since we started our OJT and so far we had a week of OT already. But even though it's tiring, still we're having fun since we're able to see and attend different events like Bazaars, Christmas Parties, Concerts and other events. Just last week we had the 2012 International Bazaar at the Forums 1,2 & 3. And last night we had the concert of Lee Ritenour and Dave Grusin :)

Their music is relaxing and I really enjoyed it. They had front acts who I don't know but they were great too. We weren't able to finish it coz it was already late and we needed to go home. I went home with Inah and we were so tired that we fell asleep. It was an hour ride to Cubao and thankfully there were still fx that time.

I was excited when I knew that I would be able to come at the 46th International Bazaar 2012. But it was so sad that I had to go home early. Wasn't even able to look at the products or walk around the place

PICC girls :))

We've finally started our practicum at PICC last Nov 7. I'm with Tonet, Nikki, Inah and Lulu and we're definitely enjoying it except for the walking thing. Coz it's freaking tiring to walk on 3 inches heels for 8hrs, really! But it's fun going around the venues and checking if things are going right and if there is any problem and everything. And we're also glad working with nice and friendly people like Ma'am Beth, Ma'am Venie, Ma'am Dinah and all the people at MEMD like Miss Ycay, Miss Avie, Miss Kat, Miss Rona, Miss Pao, Sir Vince, Sir Glen, Sir Rolly and the other staff at Marketing dept. :">

First day, we had an orientation with Ma'am Beth. She walked us around and introduced us to the different offices and staff at PICC. We met Atty. Renato Padilla, President, and the other kind officers of different departments. It was tiring but it was fun since Ma'am Beth knew how to entertain us while touring us.

Second say, our walking marathon continued when we had a building tour with Sir Rolly. It was also tiring since we went to different venues and he made us walk here and there and told us some stories that happened on those venues like where Marcos sat when they had a convention there and stuff like that.

Third day, we started to feel like we were already part of the team coz they already asked us to do this or that or go here and there. They told us what to do and we just did what we were told. It was nice since we can help them with their works :)

I think PICC is the perfect place to me. It's the place I dreamed of working at and I can see myself there after this OJT. I love organizing things and I think this is the perfect job for me. Well I think this is it. :))
