Book: The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

 

 I started reading this book after I finished Divergent. 

I've read a lot of negative reviews about this but still I wanted to read it. And I did. I'm on the second book already and as what I read this is actually like Harry Potter mixed with Twilight and Stars Wars and who cares? Authors write what they want and we can't do anything about it. Let's just read it or not. And I'm not really into fantasy books but I can say that I like this. But the movie sucks!

It's nice to hear that everyone is trying to help those victims of Typhoon Yolanda. Other countries are sending in cash or in-kind donations and it is very heart whelming. Pray for Philippines

Our prayers go out to all those people who were affected by Typhoon Yolanda. The news seriously makes me cry every time I see the aftermath of the typhoon. It's devastating. Everything was destroyed, houses, establishments, trees, cars and everything. Lifeless bodies are seen on the streets and people are homeless. I really feel bad seeing my kababayan in that situation. They don't have clean water, food, medicines and communication is lost too. They are waiting for help and as much as I want to, I can't do anything but to pray for them.

Visayas Region was greatly affected by the typhoon, especially Leyte and Cebu. And even though other parts of the country were not affected still we feel bad for it. So now all we can do is to pray for those people and help them stand up again. We can do this as long as we work together and help each other.

Guilty.

I knew I broke one of the Sisters Code. Thou shall not disrespect your sister whatever circumstance you may be in. Never! I knew I shouldn't have done that but I did anyway. I did it because I was so sick of her always raising her voice even though there's no need to yell at us. She always wants us to follow her just because she tells us so and what I hate the most is she always use her being oldest against us. Grr. I hate her. I hate her attitude. But I also hate myself for that. I hate it that I did that. I feel bad. But it was also her fault and I can't say sorry unless she says that she's sorry too.

2014 Concerts

OMG!!!! I'm so excited to see Avril again. :)) I've never watched The Maine live before so I'm really looking forward to it and also for Mayday Parade. I love their songs and I would definitely be happy to watch them perform live! :)) 2014 please! :D

TV Series: Nikita (2010)

Season 4 will be aired later this month and I haven't finished Season 3 yet. I'm stuck on episode 19 but I promise to finish it this week. I love this series because I always love action series or movies. Maggie Q is amazing and I love Shane West. The characters are also great but I hate that Sean died. Huhuhu :( I want to kill Amanda right from the start but sadly I think she'll make it until the last episode. Anyway, it's a great series and I hate to think that it'll end soon. I read that Season 4 will only have 6 episodes.

I finished the first season just a month ago and now the second season is airing. I didn't like the story at first but then I got to watch all the episodes and I started to love it little by little. 

Cat is a detective who witnessed the murder of her mom when she was younger. She was saved by Vincent, an ex soldier, who is a product of an experiment. Because of the experiment Vincent can turn himself into a beast and sometimes loses control over himself. Later on, Cat discovers that Vincent's past has something to do with the death of her mother so she decided to investigate it. Along the way, Cat start to know Vincent and because of it they start to develop a connection.
At the end of first season, Vincent was captured by Cat's dad who is an FBI agent.

HAPPY HALLOWEEEEEEEEN!!

Spent the Halloween with sisters and cousins. It was fun and great and SCAAARRRYYY! We talked about scary stories and stayed up until past 6am. We were tired when we woke up but still had time to fool around. Lol. :D

We also watch Insidious 2 but didn't really understand the story since we were all chatting while watching and just letting the movie run without even paying attention. Tsk.
