An overnight escape to all the stress we had.
Situated in San Juan, Batangas, roughly 4 hours from Manila. The place was nice and beautiful. Actually we went there to do our thesis and fortunately, even with few guests, we were able to hand out our questionnaires. And what's left, I think we can handle that. ;)
We arrived there around 3 in the afternoon and had our lunch first. Rested for a while then ran into the beach after. The beach was beautiful and the weather was good.We enjoyed swimming around and just skipping stones to the sea. Haha :D Dinner, we were full. As in bloated. We had soup, mushroom ek ek, I had Chicken ala King and they had Bangus ala Pobre, and we had fruit crumble for dessert. See? After, we just stayed in our room. And since we didn't have anything to do, we just slept. It was only 9pm and we slept.
The next day, I was up so early. I walked along the beach and just watched as the sun rose, it was beautiful. I waited for my friends to wake up but I didn't notice that I fell asleep. We woke up around 9 and had breakfast. French toast with bacon and egg for breakfast. After resting for a while, we started handing out our questionnaires. We weren't able to hand out much but it was okay. And after, we enjoyed the beach again. We jumped into the water again before finally saying goodbye to our weekend getaway. It was around 12 when we checked out. Had picture taking first then went home.
It was really a great weekend. Spent it with Von and Lulu and we really had fun. :))
